You may look for BS programs in biological sciences or health sciences. There is no MBBS in Canada. If you are interested to study medicine you have to complete your Bachelors and clear the medical college admission test. Please check here for a list of courses:

No course will guarantee you such high packages, however if you pursue B.Tech in CSE from top notch colleges like IITs, NITs and BITS, Pilani then you have some chances to get good packages.

You can get a seat in integrated MS software course based on your rank obtained and if your rank is better than the total number of seats available, you can surely get a seat in integrated MS software course.

You have not mentioned your reasons of drop out. If drop out was because of poor performance then no Engineering college will give you admission. If your Performance was good, you may seek transfer to new college.
