Find out what you really like- if you like management, sales, marketing, etc. then definitely go for MBA. If you are interested in doing more technical research, go for M.Tech. Hope this helps! All the best!

You don't need graduation to pursue B.Tech. You need to clear your +2 and should clear the entrance exam.
You can pursue M.Tech after completion of B.Tech as it's a Master's degree which needs completion of Bachelor's degree.

Yes, it is possible. You can give GRE to do MS in Germany. It requires only above 6 CGPA and you have conquered that. So, just prepare for GRE and go for it.

You can choose aerospace and aeronautical engineering if you have more interest in mathematics. In these branches there are lots of mathematical equations which are used in aerospace engineering.

Hi Atif,
Since you hold MCA that is master degree applying for another master degree in Canada will be very difficult. What you should study among M.Tech and MS is something you have to decide now. Ask yourself, why do you want to pursue M.Tech or MS? Are you even eligible for M.Tech? No, you are not. It's an engineering degree so you cannot apply for an engineering course. If you want to do MS then you have to be highly academic since MS programs in Canada are very selective. Secure at least 75% to be eligible. Take your IELTS or TOEFL too.
