Hello,
It would be better if you go for M.Tech over the other two. It will give you more opportunities and has more scope.
Thanks and all the best.

Hello Rahul! Go for M. Tech if you're more inclined towards the technical field and wish to make a career in it. Else you can opt for MBA if you're interested in the management field. Both options are equally rewarding, only if these degrees are pursued from reputed colleges.

Obviously u need to do M.Tech not MBA. As, through MBA, you will lead in managerial line which does not suit you. But, you also have to complete your Ph.D in respective field to be a complete 'research scientist'. So, my answer is a big 'No' to MBA, although you have to go for M.Tech.
Best of Luck.

There is no difference between MS and M.Eng. There is only nomenclature difference between both the degrees. Syllabus of both the degrees is similar. American Universities award MS which is equivalent to M.Tech in India. Few international universities award M.Eng. Acceptance of all the post graduate degrees in engineering such as M.Eng, MS, M.Tech and M.Sc in engineering, etc., is same in the job market and for higher studies in India and foreign universities.

Hello, Yes you may do an M tech from Germany if your academics are high. The universities in Germany look at high GPAs & strong Letter of references to select you. Though GRE may not be mandatory but is highly recommended. Your GPA is an average & can be improved to be in the top 10 percentile category of your college.

B.Tech is a sufficient educational qualification to work as an engineer. However, if you want to specialise in a particular field then you are advised to do M.Tech in your chosen specialisation in your field of engineering. M.Tech will help you with your career growth too.

Hello Sampath,
Admission in VIT University is based on your rank in VITEEE exam. So if you have appeared and got a good rank then you can get admission in any of the four campuses of VIT. Only with your board percentage, you cannot get admission.
