If you want to do a job then B.Tech is enough to find a job but if you want to do Masters or want to add something more to your title then you can go for MBA or M.Tech.
But I will recommend you if you want to go for a job then you keep on revising your course and go for company jobs.

Graduates may also go for Advanced courses like M.Tech. Electrical Engineering/Machinery Design/Control Systems.
Going for an MBA degree is also a good option, as it will add management skills to the technical skill set of a graduate.

Eligibility for MTech Robotics in majority of universities is that the candidate should be BTech /BE in Electronics /Mechanical /Electrical /CSE / Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ EEE with minimum 60% marks. B.Tech is better option than integrated M.
Tech as you get proper time to study for both the specializations. M.Tech is better if pursued in 2 years time with time devoted for projects. Only advantage of dual degree is time saving and 2 degrees in 5 years instead of 6.
