All the three courses are different and it is like comparing apples and oranges. MBA has a different career perspective, so does M.Tech and MS. Each has good salary with respect to the job profile. Decide first what you want to do, a managerial career or research oriented. You will succeed only if you enjoy what you do and passionate about a field.

Kindly, be more specific about the type of information you are looking for regarding M.Eng. in electrical or computer science engineering. Admission query you have posted seems to be answered very nicely by Anjali Bailin.

Hi,
You have good chances to get admission. McGill and Western will be very competitive as they are very selective. Apply before the deadline ends. Your SOP and LOR will also be considered for the same.

It is not necessary to have MS or M.Tech to seek job in good companies but it is helpful and preferred educational qualification for high end technical jobs.

The course duration is 5 years. If you want to pursue it, then do it from IITs, NITs or some other good college, which will give you more exposure.
