Hello Bilal,
Many students get confused in the track to choose after B.Tech.
If you're inclined towards more in-depth technical knowledge, you can go for M.Tech field. If you feel that you're done with the technical part, but wish to have a Master's degree, then you can opt for MBA. MBA turns out to be useful, if you're planning to start your own business as it trains you on administrative skills.

You can get 25k on an average in companies. You can get promoted early. It would get easy to apply for consultant posts with 1-2 years of experience. You can also apply for government jobs and get preferred.
