Many students get confused in the track to choose after B.Tech.
If you're inclined towards more in-depth technical knowledge, you can go for M.Tech field. If you feel that you're done with the technical part, but wish to have a Master's degree, then you can opt for MBA. MBA turns out to be useful, if you're planning to start your own business as it trains you on administrative skills.
So, you need to decide which track you wish to take based on your inclination towards technology. Both the options are good. If you consider my advice, I would suggest you to at least have 2 years of experience before opting for any Master's de
