No, a candidate cannot join two programmes at Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth at the same time. The university does not allow students to pursue multiple courses simultaneously, as it may affect their academic performance and progress. However, students can fill out application forms for various courses. After the announcement of the results, they can choose from the applied courses and pursue their degree.

Dr D Y Patil Vidyapeeth offers merit based scholarship. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the scholarship. The criteria is:
Undergraduate Students studying under the Medical and Dental Faculty of Vidyapeeth: Performance-based top 25% students in the first-year examination conducted by Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, not availing of any other type of scholarship scheme, would be eligible for consideration under this scheme.

The scholarship is offered to support the talented students for their studies and make them build their own future by providing them incentives in the form of scholarship. B.Tech Course has Fees of 3.2 Lakhs for 1st year with an Eligibility of 10+2 with 45% + SET.
SET is a university level exam conducted by Symbiosis University, to admit students for UG and Integrated courses programs.
