There isn't a huge difference between those two colleges, choose the course which interests you more. You can find more opportunities in Mumbai.

Yes, you may get admission in MBBS. However, you have to wait for the last cutoffs. Because for SC category, students can achieve marks around 300 but you have some chances to get the admission.
