Yes, RIIM college do provide mentoring programme. Every student is assigned a mentor in college. For two years in campus the mentor will guide you in your academics and placements. It will give number of assignment so that you develop your skills. Each mentor is assigned 20 students. So there is a ratio of 1:20. It is very much helpful for each and every student. As the students get there go to go person in college. Whenever they face any kind of problem, they can reach out to the mentor and the mentor will help them. They do help in your academics as well as in placements. They do work on every student so that they have a great career
