Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune is the best college for pursuing International Business in MBA. You need to clear SNAP for getting admission.

Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.

St Xavier's, Mumbai offers B.Com only as an evening course which means you need to have a job for day time and then only you are eligible for it. As far as I know B.Com here isn't very great. You won't get a college life, as the evening college is kept separate form Xavier's usual curriculum.
