Hello,
Yes, you can get admission in SATI, Vidisha to pursue B.Tech through lateral entry after completing your Diploma course. It's not necessary that you have the domicile of Madhya Pradesh. Every year, many Diploma students take admission through lateral entry.
Best of luck.

Do you belong to any of the reserved categories?
See, the criteria for getting admission in COEP or any engineering college is your percentile (i.e. 50% weightage to HSC score and 50% weightage to CET score).
For getting admission in COEP, your percentile should be above 90. Now, as I calculated your percentile, it is 46.79. Sorry, you will not get admission in COEP.
But you can get other good engineering colleges.
Fill options for all the colleges, even COEP, preference wise. Do not lose hope, you will definitely get good college.
All the best!
