Hello Mayur, I don't think you can get admission in a college in Madhya Pradesh via lateral mode. Invariably there, as well as in Maharashtra, admissions are restricted to only those students who are domicile of the state concerned. I will like to advise you to register for the lateral admission in your own state.

If you had appeared in NATA and JEE Mains paper 2, and you cleared cutoff, then you can get admission. Without entrance exam, you won't allowed to get admission.
