Let me advise that admission to engineering colleges in Maharashtra are based on the exam called MHT CET. This is conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra. Hence, your marks of 12th only decide whether you are eligible or not.

In Pune, Best Institute is a College of Engineering, Pune. If you want to do B. Tech from Rajasthan.
