You can definitely pursue a Diploma in multimedia or animation after 10th. There are certain institutes that offer you a Diploma programme for the same.

She can get admission to VIIT, Pune. If she can wait for some more rounds, she may get admission to MIT, Pune as well.

Yes. You may get an admission for this course at MIT, after initial rounds, but I don't know whether they give B.Tech. Degree or B.E. as mentioned in your question area.
