PSGM will be better according to me. Placement will be good. MBA in marketing is in demand hence you can choose it. You have to work a bit harder because of your low UG percentile because company won't accept such low scores.

Hello,It depends on the skill sets you acquire and how you convince the recruiter. Usually, you could anywhere more than 4lpa from PSGM. There is not as such packages defined for different streams. It all depends in which college you are in. How well you perform there and moreover what's your field of interest. After all, this comes your package part.
