No, it is not possible to do a Masters in engineering without a bachelor's degree in engineering. By completing a bachelor's degree in engineering before pursuing a master's degree is the most common route and will give you the strongest foundation for your master's studies.

Yes, NIPER Hyderabad provides a stipend of INR 12,400 per month to all the students who obtains a minimum CGPA of 6.00 in each semester except for those admitted to M.B.A. Pharm. and the students who are sponsored by Govt. Departments, research and development organization, public sector undertaking/ reputed private pharmaceutical enterprises and in case the CGPA is less than 6 but more than 5.50, the stipend shall be with held till he/she obtains the minimum CGPA of 6.00.
However, for M.B.A. (Pharm.) programme, the financial assistance of INR 12.4K will be provided to the top three students.
