For admission in Munnar Catering College for UG/PG courses, candidates  need to qualify for the NCHMCT JEE entrance exam for B.Sc. courses. For Diploma and Integrated courses, admission is usually merit-based after passing 10th and 10+2 . The college also offers Graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management and Tourism, and a Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, in which selection is based on 10+2 results and potentially an entrance test or interview.
