Yeah, you can get a degree in master's in food technology at Mumbai University. You have to appear for respective entrance exam conducted by Mumbai University or a national level examination. You should have completed your B.Sc or B.Tech in food technology. You have to participate in counselling process of university.

You are a prime candidate for Lingaya's Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. They usually consider candidates around that rank (~256/1000).

NID Ahmedabad nor other NID campuses do not publish exact numeric cut off. Admission is based off of your NID-DAT scores and portfolio review. Their applications pool is very competitive.
