The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Mathematics at Bangalore University is UG with 40% marks aggregate of all subjects and at least 50% marks in mathematics (cognate subject) at the degree level are eligible.
Hence BE ECE graduates are not eligible for this program.

Netaji Subhas Open University - WBN is as below. Candidate must have completed graduation degree with mathematics as honours subject. Candidate must have completed graduation degree from any recognised university and must have studied at least 300 marks in mathematics and secured at least 55% marks in mathematics are eligible. Eligibility is Graduation: 50%
Additional Details:
Mandatory Course: B.Sc (Mathematics)
Candidates must be Graduate with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with mentioned aggregate.
If the seats at a center remain vacant then:
Graduate with a mentioned degree/ BA with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, having at least 50% in aggregate and 55% in aggregate in the Mathematics courses will be considered for admission.

The previous year's cut off marks and ranks for B.Sc. Math from BHU are given below for an assessment.
1. Year 2017
Cut off Marks= 168
Cut off rank= 2300
2. Year 2018
Cut off Marks= 173
Cut off rank= 1319
Hence, you have to score more than 170 marks.
