Hello,
There is no specific UG degree one needs to have in order to pursue MBA in Finance. So being a B.Sc graduate, yes you can pursue MBA (Finance). If you really have an interest in making a career in the finance sector, then do go ahead. Good luck.

B.Sc (or B.Sc General) Bachelor's degree and B.Sc Bachelor's degree (Hons), are both academic degrees given to undergraduate students.
B.Sc (Hons.) is much more specialized as compared to the B.Sc (general) degree, and academically, B.Sc (Hons.) is a more standard degree as compared to B.Sc (general).
If you want to study any one of the purse sciences (eg. chemistry, physics, mathematics etc.) in detail, it is advisable to go for a B.Sc (Hons) course.
But if you want a more balanced and multi-disciplinary approach, it is better to pursue a B.Sc (General) course for under graduation.

In majority of universities 10+2 pass-out of al disciplines are eligible for degrees such as BBS, BBA or BMS. Few university may have requirement of Maths as a mandatory requirement.l
