There is no specific UG degree one needs to have in order to pursue MBA in Finance. So being a B.Sc graduate, yes you can pursue MBA (Finance). If you really have an interest in making a career in the finance sector, then do go ahead. Good luck.

B.Sc (Hons.) is much more specialized as compared to the B.Sc (general) degree, and academically, B.Sc (Hons.) is a more standard degree as compared to B.Sc (general).
If you want to study any one of the purse sciences (eg. chemistry, physics, mathematics etc.) in detail, it is advisable to go for a B.Sc (Hons) course.
But if you want a more balanced and multi-disciplinary approach, it is better to pursue a B.Sc (General) course for under graduation.

Please remove this wrong notion of finance deciding your choice of subjects. What should decide your selection of subject is only your passion. Almost every choice requires similar amount of money except perhaps medical that requires really huge amount.
So first find your passion.
