Hello Kapish,
Now you can appear in JEE Mains only in 2018. Hence those students who have passed 12th in 2016&2017 along with those who will appear for 12th in 2018 are eligible to appear. There are some age restrictions also. You will get detail information by way of PDF file from CBSE website.

Eligibility criteria for B.Sc in psychology:
Most of the institutes offering this course admit students based on their performance in the HSC (10+2) exam. The candidate needs to have:
10+2 level of education from a recognized educational board.
Secured a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the 10+2 level.
Have reasonably good problem-solving and mathematical skills.

I doubt that you will be allowed to change your major once the examinations are underway, but you could check with the board authorities if it is permitted. Better, visit their website and check if you can do so.

Hi Kamal,
It will be difficult for a science student to apply for the hospitality course, especially, in Canada. Also, 58% is not a good score to apply to Canadian colleges. Apply for colleges in Australia or New Zealand.
