If you have failed in maths then I will suggest you take your class 12th exams again from NIOS. I am sure you can get good marks from there then take admission in any private engineering college.

You can take admission in NIOS and reappear for the class 12th exams. I am pretty sure that you will pass it from there.
I guess you can easily score more than 75%.

Yes, you can. Certificate obtained from NIOS is recognised by DGCA for undergoing CPL training program.

You may be able to apply for a supervisor position directly after your Masters or M.Phil /PhD, however if you plan to pursue the position right after your UG course you may be required to intern first or take up a position as assistant supervisor before you are promoted to supervisor level.

You can try for some diploma courses which are non academic and which do not require much knowledge of traditional subjects like Maths, Science, Commerce. You can go for some vocational courses like fashion design, beautician, stitching, computer graphics, stenography, lab assistant, cooking, etc.

Your question is a little unclear. As far as I understand, you are asking whether B.Sc in Maths, Statistics and CS equivalent to Bachelor of Computer Science. Well, I don't think they are equivalent. Very rare colleges offer Bachelor of Computer Science. Most colleges offer BE or B.Tech in Computer Science which is different than B.Sc in Computer Science.
