Of course yes. You can take admission in BCA even if you don't have CS in class 12th. It is not compulsory to have math or CS in class 12th to take admission in BCA although some colleges are there that requires math in class 12th to take admission in.

Getting admission in NITs require general rank below 30000. It would be safe if you get that. You may get NITs till 40000 somehow. So coming for EWS quota there will be 10% increment in seats.
