Hello, yes, you can apply for B.A(Hons.) in Maths after completing 12th arts.
The eligibility criteria for B.A(Hons.) in Maths is that candidate have to qualify 12th with at least 60% with Maths as one of subject.

There are some standards while arranging the exam. Therefore, it has its fixed exam centers. If Jammu Kashmir is there in the list then you will get J&K center for IGNOU for M.Sc in mathematics.

Government colleges have admission on merit based on 12th board marks and that changes every year. It is different for different states every year. You should go through the previous trends of cutoff for the required course. Also, check if you've any reservation.

B.Sc in electronics is a best core values option.
Bachelors of Science in Electronic Science is one of the undermined course in various universities except in University of Delhi. So its quite obvious that companies hiring for induction positions in companies would have no knowledge about BSc Electronics when they visit any college or university. But situation is not that bad, below are the options that can be taken after Bsc in Electronics.
