Hi Dhanesh,
You won't be able to purchase B.Com (Hons.) in Delhi University as eligibility for admission is that you should have Maths or business mathematics as a subject in 12th class. You can apply in simple B.Com in Delhi University.

Yes, maths is compulsory for NPAT & NPAT is a entrance exam. So, you're not eligible for this university. Good luck!
