No, mathematics is not compulsory for B.Sc in geography. You can apply via your own certificate and subjects with which you have passed your last exam. Just prepare for the test.

There is no such restriction on maths particularly, but yes you should have maths as a subject in 10+2, and for minimum percentage go through the past cut off of JAT available on DU website.

M.Sc admission is not included in JEE. You need to appear for the entrance test after B.Sc. But you can opt for dual degree program if you are interested in (B.Sc +M.Sc) from SVNIT itself on the basis of JEE rank.
