Hi Dhiraj, The minimum eligibility for admission to M.Phil in Mathematics is Masters in Mathematics or M.Sc. In any relevant stream. Most of the colleges arrange entrance test and interview for admission in M.Phil in Mathematics.

Hi Rup Chowdhury, You can get Economics (Hons) without having maths as a subject in higher secondary. But if u wish to have Economics Mathematics Statistics combination then maths is a compulsion.

MBA with finances is the best option, as it is having wide variety of job in India. MBA in economics is good, but it is having much less scope compared to the MBA in finance in India. Good luck.

Candidates aspiring to pursue M.Sc. Statistics need to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criterion. Completion of B.A. (Honors)/ B.Sc. (Honors) in Statistics or Mathematics or graduation in a related discipline from a recognised institute
Mathematics and Statistics as main subjects at the level of graduation
Minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation.
