If you want to study then do CA or CFA course. These courses will provide you a god salaried job or you can open your own firm. If you have skills then you can do MBA or fashion designing. Whatever you do just give your full time to it, ultimately you will be successful.

Let me tell you one thing. Maths is the only subject which is require in every field be it science, commerce or arts. So the fact is that commerce will be easy for you only if you have a basic knowledge of maths.

It can't be equivalent to the completion of the course because the degree is given at the end of 3rd year. Completion of the course is must to get the degree of a particular course.

Practice is the only key to success. Practice as much as you can. Take the help of guides and try solving the sample papers. Sample papers will help you to a great extent in understanding the pattern of the exam.

For admission in B.Com (Hons) in any of Delhi University college, you have to study Maths in class 12th. Maths is a compulsory subject to be add up at the time of admission. Your marks will be calculated against the cut off released by Delhi University.
So, without Maths, you can't take admission in Delhi University colleges.

Yes, it is compulsory for you to have Maths in +2 to get admitted.
Maths and English are the two compulsory subjects.
