Let me tell you the eligibility for MCA:
1) Any graduate who has passed or appearing in the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, commerce, arts, Engineering is eligible to apply).
2) Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10 + 2 course or any one year of graduation. BCA qualified candidate can also pursue MCA.

I do not think there are any chances for you to get a college for B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics. Forget about the North Campus colleges, you may not be able to fetch even some other DU colleges as well as the cut-off of such popular courses, like Maths (Hons) generally closes after the third or fourth cut-off for general category. So, unfortunately, you won not be able to get any respectable college in DU. You can still look upon for certain poor south campus colleges and wait for their third and fourth cutoffs, but personally speaking, that would not be the very essence of the University of Delhi.
