None of the private colleges has less expenditure. If you're thinking of going to a private college, then you must be ready to pay around 80k-1.5 lakh for academics ( excluding other living charges).
If you are from ST category, then you might have some chance of getting admission in University of Delhi.

There is no such exam here. In every entrance exam, you need to prepare for reasoning, aptitude as well as general awareness, English, and computer also.

You should firstly do under graduation courses like B.Sc and B.Tech then you can go for M.Sc or MS which is a course for research in a field. You can apply for foreign universities also for the research.

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Master of Computer Application (M. C. A. ) Degree Course must have passed with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of backward class candidates) in any Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination.

Absolutely Yes. 11 standard maths for commerce is same as the PCM in CBSE. As they have same question paper in 11 class annual and mid-term examination and same to same course and number of chapters. And this criteria also continue in 12 standard too.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidate should pass (10+2) with maths and english as compulsory subject from CBSE or other board of examination.
1. Aggregate- 60%
2. Maths- 65%, English-50%
