After B.Sc honors in mathematics you can give IIT JAM or you can do M.Sc+Ph.D from prestigious colleges of engineering and science like IITs and IISc.

You have scored pretty well in CEE. As far as I know you need a decent percentage in PCM, I guess around 54-60% if you are from general category. If you do have that you have a chance I suppose. You may check the information brochure given in the official website for the director of technical education of Assam or wait around for the counselling.
