Hi there,It would be better, if you rewrite the exam, pass it and then apply for the course. As you will do B.Sc in Maths, they will look into your Maths score prominently.

Yes, you can apply for joining Merchant Navy, but only 10+2 Science in PCM is not the only demand for joining Merchant Navy. For it, you should also fulfill some other eligibility criteria for joining Merchant navy. So I have put here the eligibility criteria for it. Educational qualification: The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical Science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics. I will suggest you to give improvement exam in math or give the class 12th exam again. You also hadn't got a good mark in JEE. So, prepare for JEE also once again. It will benefit you. You should go according to your branch of interest. You need to opt for the field in which you are mostly interested because both the colleges are very good. If you don't have any branch issue then go for IIIT-Delhi.
