Maths in class 12th with Science, chemistry as a main subject is compulsory. Science means PCM or PCB.

For eco hons, maths is mandate. Even for B.Com (Hons) programme maths is mandate. So I don't think that any university offer eco hons without maths. But, you may try to other private university otherwise the chances are negligible.

Yes, in case your copy was checked in a lenient manner, it would be rechecked and your marks could be decreased as well.
