MBA Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria for MBA course:
Students must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline with 50 marks in aggregate secured from a recognized University/Institute. A Graduate with a professional qualification scoring a minimum of 50 percent marks in all parts/sections of the Intermediate examination of CA CS ICWA, or Institute of Actuaries of India. Students appearing for the final year of the Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply on a provisional basis. Students having Post Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent aggregate marks (45 percent in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and PwD or equivalent CGPA or corresponding grade from a recognized University or Institute can also apply. Candidates having extraordinary managerial/leadership potential demonstrated through at least one year of experience are exempt from having 50 percent marks in their graduation/post-graduation.

PGDM in Pharmaceutical Management Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Zoology or Veterinary Sciences from any recognised university and with a valid score in national levels entrance tests like XAT MAH CET GMAT MAT CMAT CAT and ATMA. 50 percent marks are required for the general category candidates and 45 for reserved categories in Bachelor's degree. PGDM in Business Administration Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed any one of the B.Com B.A. B.Sc. B.A. B.E. /B.Tech courses or BCS from any recognised university and with a valid score in national levels entrance tests like XAT MAH CET GMAT MAT CMAT CAT and ATMA. 50 percent marks are required for the general category candidates and 45 for reserved categories in Bachelor's degree. PGDM in Agri-Business Management Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Agrochemicals, Dairy Science / Technology, Fisheries, Food Science / Technology, Forestry, Home Science, Veterinary Science or any graduate with interest or experience in Agribusiness or Graduates working in Agribusiness, NGOs. Co-operatives or Corporate sector from any recognised university and with a valid score in national levels entrance tests like XAT MAH CET GMAT MAT CMAT CAT and ATMA. 50 percent marks are required for the general category candidates and 45 for reserved categories in Bachelor's degree.

There is no necessary rank at kalasalingam academy of research and education. Candidates may apply for the M. B.A. Programme if they have successfully finished the UG Examinations in any stream with a score of 50 percent or higher. Based on their performance on the qualifying exam, students are chosen for the MBA programme. The institute uses the scores from the CAT MAT and TANCET exams to narrow down the applicant pool for MBA admissions. The final selection would be made after calling the selected candidates to a Personal Interview . Candidates for the MBA programme are chosen based on their performance on the qualifying exam. The institute reduces the number of applicants for MBA admissions by using the results from the CAT MAT and TANCET exams. Following a Personal Interview with the chosen candidates, the decision will be made.
