For MBA at School of Engineering and Technology candidates seeking admission must follow the general eligibility criteria which includes:
- Bachelor's degree: a degree from a recognised university and approved by AICTE.
- A valid entrance exam score: accepted exams - CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, KARNATAKA 2nd PUC
- Interview: an interview round or group discussion is held by selection committee.
- Essay: a 15min essay round stating purpose of admission.

Eligibility criteria for MBA in Manipur University includes:
• A minimum of 50 percent (45 for reserved categories) in any undergraduate degree that they are persuing.
• Students who qualify the entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT or CMAT with at least 45 Percentile.
• Students who qualify the counselling round conducted by the University.

The eligibility criteria for MBA programs at IIFA Lancaster here are :
- Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university approved by AICTE. Some speciallisation course may specify a minimum percentage or GPA.
- Entrance Exam: entrance exam accepted here are
- CAT
- MAT
- CMAT
3.Interview: a personal interview/Group disscussion is made done by the selection committee.
4. Essay: a round which includes the purpose of admission to be written in a form of essay in 15 mins is also conducted.
