A graduation degree with at least 2 years work experience in the corporate makes you eligible to pursue MBA from a reputed college. If you don't have work experience, you will still get admission for an MBA/PGDM program, but work experience always helps for good placements.

You will be eligible for MBA after completing your graduation and that too with minimum 50% marks overall in it. You must then take some time and prepare for the competitive exams CAT, MAT for getting admission in a reputed institute for MBA.

You are not eligible to seek admission in MBA as Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to a Bachelor degree course offered by universities. In order to do MBA, you are advised to do first graduation degree n any discipline and obtain above 50% marks in graduation degree.
