The eligibility criteria for MBA course is graduation at Sarala Birla University. Aspirants must pass graduation is any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks ( 45% for reserved category). Bachelor degree in any discipline with atleast 50% aggregate from recognised University/ Institution. Graduates of recognised professional programmes like CA/ ICWA etc. are also eligible to apply. (05% relaxation in marks in case of candidates belonging to ST/SC category).

Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Engineering/ Technology or BBA/ Computer Applications with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD category) to apply for HBTU Kanpur MBA. Besides, candidates must qualify CAT or CUET-PG for admission to MBA programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

The eligibility criteria for MBA at Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Co-operative Management was a minimum of 50% marks in graduation in any discipline, except fine arts and 5% relaxation for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD category and valid score on one of the following entrance exams: MAT, CAT, ATMA, XAT, or the ARGUCOM Entrance Test .

Eligibility for MBA and MCA Candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in their Graduation.For granting admission in MBA, RATM considers the score of CUET exam. Those who have a valid score in CAT/MAT can also get admission. Although the institute give preference to a UPSEE student.The institute will give preference to UPSEE score followed by CAT/MAT score in order to shortlist students.The screened students then have to appear for counselling.

The Assam Agricultural University (AAU) considers candto idates for admission to its MBA programme based on the scores in the All India Entrance Examination in Agriculture (AIEEA) conducted by the ICAR and it also conductes some entrance test for some departmenta and MBA where ICAR doesn't apply.The students also have minimum of 50% in the Bachelors to get addmission into it.
