IBSAT and CMAT both exams are for management admission. Through these exams, one can get admission in good management institutes.CMAT is tougher than IBSAT.
IBSAT exam includes Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. CMAT includes Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, etc.
So both the exams have similar content but only differ in difficulty level. Institutes like IBS Business School, ICFAI University, etc. also give admission through IBSAT and institutes like JBIMS-Mumbai, Goa Institute of Management-Goa, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, etc. also give admission through CMAT. So if we prepare for CMAT then it will be easy to score best in IBSAT.

NMAT exam is pretty easy when compared to others exam. One can directly give the exam with some extent of preparation. There is one thing, even if your merit is low, then you will be given an upgradation form. You must have prepared for class 12th and other competitive. You only need quick revision of formulae and concepts that will be more than enough for NMAT. If you want to get into MBA program, you need to avoid mistakes during preparation and get good rank. To prepare well and get good marks, the main thing is time management. If you prepare without any waste of time, then it is more than enough. You should play smart during your exam, read only relevant information and material and make use of tools that helps in your preparation for exam. You should make routine for preparation. Planning is very important to crack XAT in 6 months. So, my suggestions are:
XAT is easy as compared to CAT. I was also a student who prepared for XAT immediately after my graduation. The important things which you should look into while preparing for this exam are as follows:
1. Select one of the best coaching centres which offer quality education. TIME is one of the famous coaching centres for XAT and MAT.
2. Dedication-Be focused on the aim which you need to achieve.
3. Try to read Hindu newspaper editorial. Most of the passages which appear in XAT are from Hindu editorial.
4. Try to do a maximum number of online mock tests. You will definitely clear XAT by doing the above.
5. Try to read as much as you can and make note of points.
6. Revision of each topic every week is very important.
7. Mathematical ability questions will be little-twisted, try to solve them as fast as you can.
These are the tips for you to crack both XAT and CAT.

When you go for IBS, you should know about your strengths and weakness. And if you identify strengths then one can be confident and start solving the test from questions based on your strong concepts. While weak areas can be practiced and focus should be on minimizing errors. In last minutes, aspirants should prepare a list of the formulas, concepts and tricks so that one can have quick access to all the important areas. Aspirants should take mocks first after that they realize mismanagement of time. Silly errors which do not get highlighted otherwise. Aspirants should not ignore past year sample papers. They are a great source to practice section-wise questions. I had taken the IBSAT, my personal experience was that if you want a top MBA college, you have to score more to maximise your chances. The best way to get a high score is to put in the time, go through each and every concept before the exam. There is one formula to succeed in IBSAT is practics, practics and practics. Take healthy meal during your exam time and take a proper sleep.

Consider these tips and keep them in mind to crack NMAT-UG exam and study with hard work accordingly
Quantitative Skills - It will be a mix of DI and QA questions. QA will have questions from Algebra, Arithmetic, Numbers and Geometry. The questions will be easy but with a few tricky questions in between that makes it moderate level.
Logical Reasoning - Almost thirty percent of the questions will be on verbal reasoning (statement-conclusion, critical reasoning, strong & weak arguments, statement-assumption, course of action, etc.).
Language Skills - There will be a couple of passages. If you aren't very good and quick with solving RCs, do not attempt these questions first. Attempt the rest of the questions that will be basically on find the error (in a sentence), fill in the blanks (double, cloze, prepositions-based), jumbled paragraphs, analogies and antonyms, and synonyms.
Preparation - After reading this, I guess you can make a fair idea of how to prepare for it. Refer any institute's course material and with that, you might consider buying Sarvesh Kumar (Quantum CAT) for Quant and similar Verbal Ability Book.
