I would give you the suggestions on the basis of my experience , so you can consider them to be true and implied.
1) Start reading English newspaper. Not only front page (boring ) news, but every part of the newspaper. yes I mean those Bollywood, Hollywood, stuffs too. That will improve your vocab as well.
2) Follow Foreign You tubers. Watch their as many videos, as many times, as you can! Try speaking at the same pace they are speaking, first by reading the subtitles, then without subtitles.
3) Start conversing in English with your friends, relatives etc on calls (this helped me the most)
4) Start blogging. When you learn to frame your feelings into words, you know that you are almost there.
5) keep the zeal of learning new words. And try using every new word you learn in your sentences.
You might find this insane but what I used to do is, turn random pages of the dictionary and write interesting
6) PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
Words from that page in my diary. And try to use them while conversing with people.
