Both CAT & UPSC exams have a different level of difficulty. Don't get confused. Know what you want to do. Since you will require complete dedication to clear either one of them.
Go through the syllabus thoroughly and then decide.

not only requires one to be good in maths but also good in reasoning and current affairs. So as you say that you are not good in mathematics, I would advise you not to for CAT. However, if your accounts and taxation are good, you could definitely go for CA course. even CS if you like. It is just a rumor that CA and CS are hard. They are not hard, just a bit lengthy.
