You have to clear entrance exam to get into Prestige Institute. if the institute has any vacant seats after the course commencement, you can check on that with the institute.

Yes, you are eligible to get a seat at any of the 13 Sinhgad colleges of your choice. But you might have to wait for the 2nd list for colleges like SIOM and Sinhgad Erandwane. The colleges that I would like to recommend are NBN Sinhgad SIOM and Sinhgad Erandwane. If you belong to open category you can try getting your seat directly reserved by visiting the college.

I would recommend you to use Shiksha.com's call predictor, but It seems that a 99+%ile would be able to fetch you a call from IIMC. For IIM A and B, I am a bit skeptical (But it depends on your branch,) but should be possible.

I guess St. Hopkins college in Mysore offers direct admission for MBA. Offers the main stream specialisations.

You can only appear for CAT exam if you are in the 3rd year of your graduation or you have completed your graduation.

It is impossible to get admission into a "good" college anywhere in India for studying MBA without appearing for any entrance exam. So you need to give one or the other exam, clear all its necessary cutoffs and perform well in the interview rounds(if shortlisted).

Either, you go for self study or any coaching centre. One year is sufficient for preparation. Good Luck!
