You can get admission through CAT, but here first preference is given to CMAT. My suggestion is that once you should go to the college or you can call and inquire about the same.

But you can have a better future. Achieve 3 or 4 years of job experience and join the executive MBA from top colleges. But do not try to get colleges through management quota as you can't get a good college this way.

Study- you will be getting all the required knowledge and guidance from some top faculties, mentors, dean and guest lecturers from India and abroad as well. Study environment depends on you, on how you maintain it. From the college side you will get the best study environment. Faculties will be available to you whenever you need them.
Placement- you will get most of the top companies in this college whether it be for marketing, finance or HR. You will get a handsome salary package. Minimum of 3 lacs package and maximum varies on the company and your capabilities.

To be honest, there is no good college which you can get at just 80 percentile in MAT exam. And the ones you might get won't be great colleges. The cut-offs of the top colleges through MAT are generally 95+ percentile. Better you reappear for MAT (or any other exam) and aim for a high score, rather than taking admission in an average college. Good luck.
