It is very dicy to get into MMS with 98.48 marks in an all India exam. So, in any all India exam you at least need a 99.5 percentile marks to stand a chance. However, 98.2 percentile marks in MH-CET may stand a good chance for making it to MMS.

Hi,
You can find some tier B-school for your further studies as 54 percentile is not a good score in CAT and it will not help you to get admission in tier A B-school.
You can find some MAT accepting college for your further studies as they also accept low percentile of CAT score.

Go for B.Com Honors. I strongly recommend it. There is no point in cracking CAT and getting rejected during MBA interview due to not so good academic knowledge. If you have honors paper, you will learn in depth about a particular area.
