With a score of 90% in CAT, chances for admission into FMS, Delhi look quite slim. You can always give another attempt at CAT and try to score in excess of 99% for OBC category.

FMS, Delhi ranks far better than most B-Schools in the country and has been consistently ranked amongst the top 5 B-Schools. The cut-off for general category is around 98.6%, but I would suggest that you try to score in excess of 99.8% to enhance your chances of getting an admission.

As per your rank, you will easily get any good branches in BIT-Sindri, UCET-Hazaribagh, etc. However, look forward to them only if you want a govt. college tag, quality of education is on the downfall there.
