IIM Sambalpur released the qualifying CAT percentile for shortlisting candidates for the first stage of admission. As per the official website, the overall CAT cutoff percentile for MBA admission at IIM Sambalpur is 90, while for the sectional cutoff, the percentile is 65 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. For other categories, the cutoff details are provided below:

Yes, it is possible to take admission to the IBS Mumbai PGPM programme without CAT. The institute accepts various other national-level test scores, including NMAT, XAT, and GMAT. Other than this, the institute also conducts an in-house entrance test, i.e., IBSAT. It is conducted once a year, generally in the month of December. Students willing to take the exam can visit the institute's official website to apply.

No, the registration has not begun yet. The registration for CAT 2025 are excepeted to begun from August and the results for the exam will be released in the month of December. So, you will have to wait till december to join the course through CAT exam. But, you can join the course through MAT CBT coexam as its applications are currently open.

Yes, candidates with valid scores in CAT can apply for an MBA course at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management. However, candidates who have not appeared in the CAT can get admission to MBA courses with the scores in other accepted entrance examinations, such as MAT, CMAT, CUET PG, UPTAC, and other accepted entrance exams. Hence, candidates can apply for an MBA in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management with CAT and other accepted entrance exam scores too.

IIM Nagpur released the qualifying CAT cutoff percentiles for General, NC-OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and DAP categories. Candidates will be shortlisted in the first stage of the admission process based on the qualifying CAT percentile. For candidates belonging to the General AI quota, the minimum qualifying cutoff is 95, while the sectional cutoff is 75. For other categories, refer to the table below:

The admission to the MBA at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is based on the CAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/UPTAC entrance exam, and group discussions and personal interviews are conducted at the institute and various other places. The cutoff required for admission to the MBA at GL Bajaj IoTM based on the CAT is 25 percentile. Which is consistent for different categories over the years.

No, meeting the CAT cutoff percentile is not the only criteria for admission. IIM Lucknow admission is a two-stage process. In the first stage, candidates are shortlisted for the WAT and PI round on the basis of their performance in the CAT, scholastic achievement, and relevant work experience. In the second stage, aspirants will be evaluated on parameters such as the Scaled CAT 2024 score, Class 12 marks, Graduation marks, Work Experience, Diversity Factor and Gender Diversity as per their weightage fixed by the institute. Candidates can refer to the table below to view all the parameters and their weightage for IIM Lucknow PGP course

For admission to MBA courses, VMOU accepts valid MAT scores Thus, candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme can register and appear for the MAT exam. As per official sources, the 2025 session of the MAT exam was held on Mar 9, 2025.

There is no passing marks in MAT as the selection of candidates is based on MAT cut offs. The MAT accepting colleges fix a minimum cut off percentile for shortlisting of candidates for MBA admission. This cut off varies from college to college. In some colleges the MAT cut off can be above 90 percentile and in some colleges it can be 50 percentile too.
