Hi Akash,
There is no specific cut-off for OBC category in CAT for MNNIT. But to be on the safe side you can assume it to be 35-40 percentile.

IFMR does not accept MAT and it's CAT/XAT cut-off is 80 percentile. CMAT cut-off is 91 percentile.
