With this score in MAT and the 5 year work experience will definetely be an advatage for you during the selection process. The last date of registration depends on the centre you opt for. For suppose if a process date for some location is 31/3/16, then the last date of registration for that location would be 3 days before the process, for this case it will be 27/3/16. However In some locations, We also have the facility of spot registration. All the best

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the CET exam.
It is important and necessary to understand difference between the two tests.
The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer based test held in India. This test scores a person on the bases of quantitative ability, data interpretation, verbal ability and logical reasoning. The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) started this exam and use the test for selecting students for their business administration programs.

Hi, you need to register on DTE for CAP rounds and then through all India rank seats, you will be allotted a college. The cutoff through MAT is usually around 99.9x percentile.
