You should first attempt RC because it is basically more scoring topic then any other. You can approach VARC section via youtube and also Shiksha has created a mock test which you can check.

Yes, you are eligible because you are in the final year of B.Tech. But such candidates will have to submit the Certificate of completion from the principal or registrar of their university or institution on or before the date as stipulated by the respective IIMs.

Based on your marks in ATMA 2022, you have no changes of getting a seat in any of the government medical colleges. According to you marks scored, you can get low fees private medical college. For qualifying in NEET students must have toscore minimum of 50 percentile for your and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category.
