For most good MBA programmes you must have work experience, take GMAT or GRE , TOEFL or IELTS. You must first meet these requirements to be considered for admission.

Both branches having their own advantages and disadvantages but I think HR is more demanding than IB.

Dear Rana. You can apply for subject to which cast category you belongs to.because most of colleges requires at least 50% for general category and for reserved one OBC/SC/ST they have a relaxtion of 5% so if you fall any of those you can get admission.

It is tough but you can get scholarships. Full scholarships are only given to the international students who are doing research on any doctorate program.

MAT will be held in May, registration will probably start by end of the March.
