Indira School of Business Studies (ISBS) has a good record of placement with a large percentage of students getting placed in reputed companies. 

Management Consulting: Some of the well-known management consulting companies recruit students from ISBS.

Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance/ Financial Analysis: ISBS graduates popularly join these roles after their program.

Yes, NIT Durgapur follows a seat reservation policy favouring applicants emerging from the disadvantaged sections of the society. While allocating MBA seats to applicants, the institute follows the seat reservation policy is tabulated below:

NIT Durgapur reserves seats for candidates belonging to various categories. Out of the total of 44 seats, 6 are reserved for the candidates belonging to the SC category. At the PG level, ICEM provides a 2 years Master of Business Administration (MBA) course to the students. The Average Salary package of ICEM is INR 8.00 Lakh, the highest Salary package is INR 14.00 Lacs and the Median Salary package is INR 3.80 Lakh.
