Pratap University selects candidates for MBA based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates with a valid CAT, MAT or any other Management entrance exam scores can also get admission. Selected candidates are then called for document verification and fee payment.

The seat intake for a two-year MBA course is 77 and 30 for three-year Executive MBA course. At the time of admission, seat allotment is carried out as per the seat capacity for each course. NIT Allahabad reserved the right to revise the seat intake. This seat intake is as per data collected from unofficial sources and hence may vary.
